IOIJV (Interop-Ishpi JV LLC), confirms its commitment to offering EPEAT-registered IT products at the EPEAT Bronze Level (or higher) for all electronic hardware and equipment procured as ancillary items under Polaris GWAC task orders under Master Contract Number: 47QTCC26DV010.

When electronic hardware is acquired, IOIJV will ensure products meet, at minimum, EPEAT Bronze criteria per the Global Electronics Council, covering sustainability across the product lifecycle (materials, energy efficiency, hazardous substances, repair/recyclability, etc.).

This supports federal sustainable acquisition requirements (FAR 23.7, EO 14057) and Polaris GWAC preferences for environmentally preferable electronics.

IOIJV will maintain compliance throughout the contract and provide EPEAT Registry verification or equivalent documentation upon government request.
